Before replacing the part, we check that the low sound is not simply caused by a blocked earpiece grille or a setting. If the earpiece itself is at fault, we install a new part and test call audio quality.
The repair takes 1 to 1.5 hours at our shop at 273 Sainte-Catherine Street East. The diagnostic is free, and the repair is also available by Purolator shipping from anywhere in Canada. Payment is made once the repair is complete.

We first clean the earpiece grille, which is sometimes enough, then replace the earpiece if needed and test a call before returning your iPhone X.

We examine your iPhone X for free and tell you the cause and the price before any repair. You decide whether we go ahead.
How do I find my exact iPhone model?
Open Settings › General › About: the model is shown under “Model Name”.
Can I send my iPhone from outside Montreal?
Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers the whole country. Your label is emailed to you after booking, and your phone is insured both ways with tracking.
How long does the repair take?
1 to 1.5 hours from the time we receive your phone, in store or by mail. For mail-in repairs, add the Purolator shipping time.
Is my data kept?
The repair does not touch the storage: your data stays intact. We still recommend an iCloud backup before any repair.
