Step 1 : Form
Fill in our online form here. You will have to specify the brand and the model of your device, and what you want us to repair. You will also have to specify your adress for us to send it back after the repair.
Step 4 : Repair
We will notify you when we receive your device and start repairing it the same day. You can check the repair times as well as the guarantee offered on our site.
Step 5 : Payment
When everything is ready and the device is tested, we will contact you to pay online. You can pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit card or with debit card (Paypal).
Step 2 : Confirmation
Once your request has been sent, a technician will take the time to check it. If everything is correct, we will validate your order and put a part aside for your repair. You will receive a confirmation email.
Step 6 : Shipping back
All we have to do is return your device! We'll ship your device the next day and give you a tracking number so you can track it!
Step 3 : Shipping
Once your confirmation is received, you can send us your device. If you selected round trip delivery option we will send you your shipping label by email.
