Daily Process
- 9:00 AM – You place an online order and select the courier option within the hour (Option 1 - Express).
- 10:00 AM – We contact you to confirm the feasibility of the repair. (Store opening time)
- Before 11:00 AM – The courier arrives to pick up your device.
- 11:30 AM – Your iPhone arrives at our store, and we begin the repair immediately.
- 1:30 PM – Repair completed, the device is ready for return.
- Before 2:30 PM – The courier delivers your repaired iPhone.
✅ Result: You receive your repaired phone the same day, in less than 6 hours after placing your order.
How to Prepare Your Device?
- Send only the device (remove cases and accessories).
- Pack it in a rigid box to avoid any damage.
- If possible, remove your SIM card to remain reachable.
Payment Information
Important: The repair payment must be made before your device is returned. Without payment, we cannot proceed with the shipment.
An invoice will be sent to you by email for online payment. The payment deadline is 3 PM for same-day return.
